I had a problem with a defective pair of boots I bought from JD Sports.

I had a problem with a defective pair of boots I bought from JD Sports. I tried to return them, but they said it had been over 6 months since the purchase and told me to reach out to Dr Martens directly. I did that, and once I provided photos of the boots and proof of purchase, they quickly sent me a new pair of boots. The new boots are in perfect condition, very stylish, and high quality. Good customer service!

Ordered from Dr Martens NZ site

Ordered from Dr Martens NZ site, but the shoes are taking forever to arrive from Australia. Express shipping? It’s been over a week, and they’re still not in NZ. Maybe they’re swimming over on a boat. Didn’t mention this delay when I ordered.

I recently bought the Dr. Martens Jadon Platform Boots in size 3

I recently bought the Dr. Martens Jadon Platform Boots in size 3, as the site said they run true to size. After just one wear, I felt a lot of pain, and my heels are now sore and bleeding. Sadly, I don’t think I can wear them again due to the pain. Since the boots are pricey and uncomfortable for me, I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange them for a size 4 or return them. No response from customer service at all. Bad service. Money wasted.

    So, I just got these

So, I just got these new Dr. Martens slim leather boots and they are pretty great! Not like the usual chunky ones, these are more sleek but still have that classic Dr. Martens vibe. What really surprised me was how soft the leather is. Usually, with new boots, you gotta wear them a bunch to break them in, but these were comfy right from the start. No blisters, no sore feet, just good to go. When I went to the store, the staff was awesome. They knew their stuff and were super helpful in finding my size. I didn't have to spend forever trying on different pairs. They even gave me some handy tips on how to keep the leather looking fresh. It was clear they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. These boots are perfect for anyone who wants that Dr. Martens look but in a more refined style. They fit just right, not too big or clunky. I’ve worn them with jeans, dresses, you name it, and they just work. Definitely recommend if you’re after something stylish and comfy. If you're on the fence about getting a pair, just go for it. You won't regret it.

    So, picture this: I'd bought

So, picture this: I'd bought two pairs of shoes for my granddaughters a few months back, right? One pair hadn't even been worn. Naturally, I had a bit of an issue and took it up with the store. They quickly directed me to Customer Services. Man, these folks were lightning fast! Their communication was spot-on and they got where I was coming from without any fuss. They made it super easy to return both pairs for a full refund. And let me tell you, the refund came through in no time at all. The entire process was laid out so simply, even a tech-challenged person like me had no trouble following it. I gotta give a huge shout-out to Jason L. from EMEA Customer Care. The guy was just fantastic to deal with. Thank you, Jason! It’s rare to find such efficient customer service these days, so I felt this experience deserved a mention.

    Man, what a mess with

Man, what a mess with DM! Bought these boots thinkin' they'd last me forever, you know, 'cause that's what they're known for, right? But no. Barely six months in, and they're leaking like a sieve in just a bit of rain. Shot off an email on the 31st of May to let 'em know. Next day, they send me a return form. Cool, I thought, maybe they'll sort it out. Waited till the 14th of June, and they come back with the ol' "wear and tear" excuse. Seriously? I've barely worn them! I fire back, saying I ain't happy with that. Silence till the 22nd, so I nudge 'em again. Still nothing by the 5th of July. Finally, they reply saying they can't help. What? They've got a 1-year guarantee! By now, I'm fuming. Told 'em to send my boots back. July 11th rolls around, still no boots. Emailed again, and again, nothing till the 22nd. Finally, on the 24th, someone named Malvina replies with attitude, telling me to use protective spray. She even had the nerve to type "Maybe?" with seven question marks, like I'm an idiot. Then she schools me on the difference between waterproof and water-resistant. Global brand, they say. With customer service like this? It's no wonder they're sinking. Heard they got some ex-Apple CEO to save them by 2025. Good luck with that. The boots aren't what they used to be, all cheap and flimsy but still pricey. No way I'm spending my money on DM again. Just a total letdown.
