I've been using this company's services for some time now to assist my family in Cuba. Up until now, I've generally been satisfied with what they offer. However, in a recent situation, I ordered milk powder for my relative but received wheat flour instead. Whether this switch was due to a mistake, negligence, or something else, I can't say for sure. What I do know is that the item I paid for was not delivered, and that's a problem. Also, I find the 48-hour window to file a complaint quite unreasonable, especially considering that you operate in the United States. As a customer here, I expect better treatment. The monetary loss is minor, but the inconvenience to my relative is not, and your response has been unsatisfactory. This experience has led me to decide that I will no longer do business with your company, and I will make my dissatisfaction known whenever possible.
