It took some time for my phone to be sent, and the delivery with GLS was a pain. It felt like it took ages for the parcel to get from Madrid to Dublin. CSmmobiles, please think about your customers and pick a better delivery service next time than GLS... On the bright side, the phone is great and the price was defintely worth it.

My phone arrived, slightly late but just like they said. I took a chance since I hadn’t used this company before, but the price convinced me. I would buy from them again, a reliable seller.

They needed about 7 days to tell me they didn’t have the model I ordered. Then I had to wait 2 to 3 more weeks for a delivery of the same model but in a different color. Such a long wait! Cheap price, but is it really worth it?

The product itself is okay, but it took a really long time to be delivered. The communication from the company was very poor, and I didn’t get updates when I needed them. Overall, the waiting was a bit annoying.

Phone was used not new but sold as new

Box arrived this weekend Samsung S25 ultra with seal broken. I phoned Samsung warranty department. Who told me the phone was first used in March25.Ive written seeking compensation. The phone was advertised as new and unused but that's not what was delivered. Oorder took 3 weeks to arrive but that was indicated from the start.
