I had the worst experience with this site! Ordered three pairs of high-waisted jeans, Medium US 4-6. Took almost a month to arrive and when they did, they were HUGE. No way to alter them or anything. The package included a fake customer service email, and when they finally responded, they asked for pictures and then said nothing was wrong with the jeans. Seriously?! They don't fit at all! And they have no process for refunds or returns. Instead, they offered me a measly $10 and didn’t even want the jeans back. This company is a total scam. Don't waste your money!

I made the mistake of ordering

I made the mistake of ordering from this site without realizing it's overseas. Shipping took an eternity, and when the package finally arrived, the items were terrible quality. One piece was even ripped! I tried to get a refund, but they said it would cost me more to send it back to Italy (I think) than the order itself, which was around $60. They only offered me a $5 refund. Ridiculous. Honestly, save your money and frustration. This place is not worth it.
