Second purchase from here. Savigs is awesom & awesom quality ink cartridges! I've used the ink for printing photos & impressed with the quality & the savings. OEM cartridges are crazy expensive! Almost cheaper to buy a new printer. So I'm incredibly pleased with this site's prices & quality. They are my Go-To Ink Replacement Site, definitly!

I've been acquiring replacement cartridges

I've been acquiring replacement cartridges from clickinks.com for an extended period now, and the experience has been consistently satisfactory. No issues have arisen during the purchase or utilization of the cartridges. The website offers a plethora of options, so it's advisable to invest some time in selecting the most suitable one for your needs.

The ink cartridjes that were mailed out

The ink cartridjes that were mailed out to me are not compatible with my computer. I would like to return them but am not sure which address to use to do so. Please tell me where I can return them for a refund on the order.

I ordered ink cartridges on February

I ordered ink cartridges on February 7th. They finally arrived on March 4th, but by then, I had already gotten them from somewhere else. I asked for return instructions on March 4th, and I sent a picture of the unopened package on March 7th as they asked. My CLICKINKS contact told me on March 8th that he passed the picture to the supplier. I reached out again on March 14th because I hadn't heard anything since. It's now March 19th, and I still haven't gotten return instructions or any update. I'll have to ask my CLICKINKS contact again for return instructions.

Buyer beware

We bought 2 cartridges that were clearly marked as compatible with our HP printer on their website. Upon receiving the cartridges they were clearly marked that they would NOT work with our printer. We contacted the "customer service" line; which is a joke, and were told that they would work and if they didn't they'd refund us immediately. That was 2 months ago. They promise us refunds that never come. Beware...
