Great meds but have received not enough in vial.

When there is a discount, I order 3 months at a time. Twice now I have been shorted at least one entire weeks dose in the vial. I check and double check the dose I take so I know it is correct. When I message, they said they can’t help because it has been too long and the pharmacy can’t investigate. They send me a 20% off coupon code but that’s ridiculous. If I pay $350 for a vial, I am cheated $87.50 for missing 1/4 of the vial and 20% will never cover that. Overall, the medicine is working but being cheated meds is just a rip off.

WARNING to anyone who has been on Semaglutide. This company will NOT let you start at an equal dose of Trizepatide. My wife and I are registered nurses and paramedic with the equipment to test our blood glucose at home. After being on Semaglutide for 2 years it no longer worked and Citizen Meds refuses to let us start at a comparable level of Trizepatide trying to force us to start from month 1. What a waste of money using a drug at a dosage that gives no results. If you want to wast your money on meaningless doses this is your company. The phone goes to a voice mail that has a full in box. This is some clown in his basement. Save you money. Go to a real business.

Missing Vial

I ordered two vials of NAD but only received one. I immediately contacted Citizen Meds and provided the requested photos. After extensive correspondence, they refused to send the missing vial or issue a refund. This experience has raised serious concerns about their reliability and customer service.
