At first, I thought the product was too diluted

At first, I thought the product was too diluted (not real water, just not the right amount) by adding the B12. I was getting my injections from a local clinic, and it seemed like I lost some pounds and inches, but then I hit a plateau, and increasing the dose didn’t help. Their prices were much higher, so I stopped. In 2 months, I gained the weight back. After some research, I found this one with better reviews. I picked up where I left off with the same dosage. The doctor called and explained everything clearly. What I like about this one is the weight comes off more naturally. Now, I feel better about myself. He also explained what to do once I reach my target weight. The other clinics only care about the money and didn't explain things like this company. I'm almost 55 and a woman, so I know how hard it is to lose weight at my age. Diets don’t work, exercise doesn’t work, but this does. I weighed 230, now I’m at 198, and I’ve been with them for 3 months. Just stick to their dosage plan. If you’re looking to invest in a healthier you, you can’t go wrong with this company. I'm loving myself more and more each day. It's worth it.

Many of these 1 star reviews need to be removed. If these people just looked at the order info, it CLEARLY says prescriptions take 5-7 business days to be ready. Mine took 6 days exactly and I didn’t leave a bad review because I READ and knew what was coming. The day after, my cold meds arrived at my door. JUST LIKE IT SAID. Tired of people not paying attention. This company is doing exactly what they say and you’re too careless to read and hurt their reputation unfairly.

The only way to contact them is through email and it always takes at least a few days for them to get back to you. The price that is offered is very misleading. It’s always more than what they tell you. Customer service was horrible.

Accidental order

I accidentally order from them and cancelled less than 1 hour later. They refuse to refund my full amount and charged me $99.00 for a fee to the physician that approved me days later. I do not recommmend the company CituzenMeds.

Having used expensive brand-name

Having used expensive brand-name medicine before, I think the Glp 1 from CitizensMeds works just as well, maybe even beter. The extra B12 helps me feel more awake, and I lost more weight too! The company answers fast and checks the order form carefully each time, so any updates are noticed. Shipping is fast, and the package is very safe to keep everything in good shape. Really satisfied!

I really like their tirzepatide. I've lost 15lbs in 6 weeks, and it really helps with my hunger cravings. I haven't started exercising yet, but I plan to soon. Hi everyone i am late 50 struggling with weight over 3 years order is very easy you go through medical screening via phone, only one think they need to improve is costumer service web say they on phone from 9 to 5 nobody pickup phone and is little absenting to have weekend costumer service will be welcomed too

Great meds but have received not enough in vial.

When there is a discount, I order 3 months at a time. Twice now I have been shorted at least one entire weeks dose in the vial. I check and double check the dose I take so I know it is correct. When I message, they said they can’t help because it has been too long and the pharmacy can’t investigate. They send me a 20% off coupon code but that’s ridiculous. If I pay $350 for a vial, I am cheated $87.50 for missing 1/4 of the vial and 20% will never cover that. Overall, the medicine is working but being cheated meds is just a rip off.

WARNING to anyone who has been on Semaglutide. This company will NOT let you start at an equal dose of Trizepatide. My wife and I are registered nurses and paramedic with the equipment to test our blood glucose at home. After being on Semaglutide for 2 years it no longer worked and Citizen Meds refuses to let us start at a comparable level of Trizepatide trying to force us to start from month 1. What a waste of money using a drug at a dosage that gives no results. If you want to wast your money on meaningless doses this is your company. The phone goes to a voice mail that has a full in box. This is some clown in his basement. Save you money. Go to a real business.
