After almost 24 orders I finaly decided to leave a review and say thanks. I’ve been buying from them since 2010 and I remember they used to ship DVDs which was handy back then. Now it’s all digital, just download and go, which works fine for me. Every time I had a problem they were quick to sort it out, even when I asked a bunch of things. I’m not the best when it comes to computers, but they always took the time to help me get things working. Over the years I’ve saved a good amount by getting all my software here. I tell people about them whenever I can, cause they realy do a good job. Big thanks from me!

They are my preferred store for software upgrades.

They are my preferred store for software upgrades. I'm tired of the monthly fees some software brands charge. Software should be a one-time purchase, not an ongoing service.

After installing 5 graphic programs

After installing 5 graphic programs, I keep getting asked if I want to start a 7-day trial. There's no other choice but to say yes because all the other options are greyed out, but I didn’t want a trial after paying for the software. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache... I think it really depends on who you reach out to for help. My colleague, who recommended Cdrbsoftware to me, got a lot of support. The customer service promise of 'any issue will be resolved or refunded' isn't true. When I asked for a refund, they said it wasn't possible. Money wasted.
