Had a great time at the newly renovated Carluccios at St Pancras.

Had a great time at the newly renovated Carluccios at St Pancras. The place had a nice vibe, and the food was delicious. But what really stood out was the super kind and welcoming waitress, Sally. She made sure we got a nice table and gave us great service throughout the evening! Thanks!

    West Quay Southampton.

West Quay Southampton. The food, service and wine were very good. But the restaurant was so cold that in a short time the food was tepid, almost cold. Such a shame as it's a nice restaurant.

    Absolutely shocking.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a pizza bundle with 2 pizzas and 2 sides from this company through Deliveroo in Portsmouth. However, I only received the pizzas and none of the sides. There was also no receipt attached to the bag. The pizzas arrived soggy and were placed in round containers with poorly cut papers to separate the slices. The overall quality was low, and the presentation seemed unhygienic. Pizza should be transferred directly from the oven to the carton without any handling. I will never order from them again. If an order cannot be fulfilled properly, it should be canceled. This was a complete waste of money.

    Oh Antonio, what has happened.

Oh Antonio, what has happened. It seems they've lost the art of making a cappuccino, even though a few of the staff tried to get it right. Almost all milk. Surely an Italian-themed restaurant should teach staff the simple skills of coffee making.

Not good. Waited 20 min no service. Asked cleaner, still no-one. Not busy. Left, no care. Waste no time.

This was one of the least enjoyable meals

This was one of the least enjoyable meals I have had in London, or anywhere else. If it were possible, I would give it a lower score. I used to dine at this chain frequently and usually received decent food. But at their South Kensington branch, I was served a plate of carbonara that was very bad. The guanciale was charred, not crispy at all, just burnt. The egg was somehow both raw and scrambled. I spoke to a waiter, who mentioned they like to crisp the guanciale for texture, but I showed him the burnt pieces on my plate. The waiter took it away, and after 10 mins, he came back with what seemed to be the same dish, still burnt. It’s upsetting to see a chain once known for good Italian food now become a sad example of low-quality catering that London struggles with.

    Carluccios Southampton.

Carluccios Southampton. Bad service, bad food, cold place, unhelpful response to complaints both in person and by email. Sadly, another chain that seems to have forgotten what it’s doing, we won't return. Stay away.
