My experience with Culinary Depot was quite positive from the beginning to the end. When searching online for a faucet, I couldn't find precisely what I was looking for initially. Upon reaching out to customer service, they promptly guided me to the desired product. A hiccup occurred during the ordering process as I unintentionally clicked the order button twice, resulting in the purchase of two faucets instead of one. Luckily, the customer service team intercepted the order in time and rectified the mistake before dispatch, sparing me the hassle of returning the surplus faucet. The faucet itself met my expectations perfectly. Following installation, it has proven to be exactly what I had envisioned, bringing satisfaction to our experience.

I had an awesome experience with Culinary Depot. The product was more than I thought it would be. Great Quality! The price was very reasonable. I even had a person to contact directly who updated me on every step of the process while they were preparing my items. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. This is how business should work. They really made me feel like I was the only customer, even though I know they have so many others. This company is the real deal. You won't regret trusting them with your culinary needs.

We brought the peach, lemon chiffon, and purple Camtray brand trays. They are the right size for my kids to gather jigsaw puzzles pieces and other small toy parts when they play. Also, they are useful for their messy projects, like shaping playdough and painting. These trays are strong, flat on the bottom, and easy to clean. A+!

Unfortunately, the order information presentation on the website left much to be desired. On the positive side, the customer service was amiable and responded promptly to my inquiry.

Rating: Really bad service. The company was closed for more than a week during Easter. After that, it took about 5 or 6 days for my order to arrive. The product came from California. I’ve seen some of the worst service here. I handle purchasing and shipping daily. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because their prices were fair and they sent the correct item.

Two days later, I was told it couldn't be canceled since it had already been packed and shipped. I won’t be buying from them again! Now it’s on its way, and I’ll likely have to pay for return shipping. Not happy with this experience at all!

Now faced with the dilemma of deciding whether to keep and pay or go through the hassle of returning it. Unhappy with the overall experience, as it feels like rewarding dishonesty.
