    Picked up this dual probe meat thermometer from the depot because the price was right. Got home, popped in the battery, but the cover wouldn’t stay on—it was warped.     Bought seven TP357 Bluetooth units to keep tabs on temp and humidity above my radiators. Helps me figure out if the radiators are heating up and if the valves are working right. Within days, these units showed everything was in order. Love that it samples every minute for accurate readings. Exporting data to CSV is handy, but I wish it saved directly to a file, not just email. The app connects quickly and updates fast, which is great. The graphs for hour, day, week, month, and year make it easy to see trends. Downside? Exporting to email only and needing to normalize units overnight. Haven't tested battery life or data retention after battery change yet, but fingers crossed!

    I recently got this wireless thermometer and it arrived quickly, everything was correct. I used it to smoke a pork shoulder and was impressed with how the app tracked the internal temperature—almost spot on with my insta-read probe. The wireless probe made things so much easier and clean-up was a breeze. I also loved being able to monitor the smoker's internal temperature through the app. Setting up the app was super easy and it was really helpful throughout the cook.     I gave my TP717

    I gave my TP717 a whirl, and it was pretty awesome. I decided to test it out while cooking a medium roast beef sandwich, and it totally nailed it.     I've got this TempSpike thing

    I've got this TempSpike thing for my smoker, had it for about 18 months now. It's got two hard-wired probes, but I wanted something to check the meat temp without always opening the smoker and letting out all the heat. Syncing it to my phone was a breeze, and it’s been pretty accurate. But the last couple of times I smoked briskets, the probe died after about 2.5 hours. I contacted customer service, gave them my Amazon order number, and they said they’d send a new one in 8-10 days. I was shocked they replaced it after so long! Got the new one in a week. Love this gadget and the awesome customer service!

    So, I accidentally dropped my transmitter and it stopped working. I gave them a call to see if I could buy a new one. Corey answered and was super helpful. He took my info and said they’d send out a new one for free. I couldn't believe it because my transmitter wasn’t even under warranty anymore. I asked how long these things usually last, and he mentioned a customer who just replaced a probe from a unit bought in 2016. Honestly, their products are solid, but it's the customer service that really blew me away. This company’s got my vote!

    I gotta say, ThermoPro is quite something! I've got three Temp Spikes - one single and one double - and they all just click together perfectly. Makes cooking by temperature a breeze. Just grabbed their new Temp Spikes and handed the old ones to my son. The new model is slimmer and super efficient. Thinking about snagging the ThermoPro Lightning next; it looks awesome, but haven't made the leap yet. Spent years in the military dealing with calibrating and fixing temperature gadgets, so I know my stuff. ThermoPro definitely hits the mark!

    I have a few ThermoPro gadgets, like the Lightning Thermometers and the Twin TempSpike wireless probes. Honestly, they’re the best I've had so far.     Got this thermometer thinking it

    Got this thermometer thinking it would be rechargeable, but it actually needs batteries. Comes with a nice box and magnetic holder, which is cool. Anyway, tried using it with my phone’s Bluetooth and the alarm kept going off every few minutes, kinda annoying. I was baking a rib roast and set it at 120 degrees. Just to be sure, I checked with my old manual thermometer, and it said 120 degrees, but the ThermoPro showed 100 degrees. Imagine if I hadn't double-checked—my roast would've been way overcooked! Maybe there's a way to recalibrate the probe, but I haven't figured it out yet. A bit disappointed, honestly.

    Just got these probes this

    Just got these probes this week, and already facing issues. Charged both fully, then put them into a turkey I was smoking. The white probe died right away, while the black one kept going. But even then, I noticed the black probe's temps were off. Had a thermo dot right next to it, and the readings were all over the place, like 10 degrees difference. Also tried another probe from my flameboss, and it showed different temps too. Used my thermopop to cross-check, and again, different temps. Now, I don't even know what the correct temp is. The white probe is definitely faulty. Charged it multiple times tonight, but it dies after a few minutes. Frustrating.

    I've been having non-stop trouble with the Bluetooth and charging on my Tempspike 1. When it worked, it was amazing, but that was hardly ever. I tried everything—charging it overnight, reinstalling the app multiple times—but nothing helped. Eventually, I reached out to TempPro’s service team, hoping they could either fix the issue or send me a new device. But it's been two weeks now, and I haven't heard back, even after following up. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to keep using it, but it looks like I’ll have to look for something else from another company. Bummer.

    I was really excited about my new purchase after seeing all the great reviews. Charged both probes right out of the box, but a few hours later I tried connecting them via Bluetooth through the app. The white probe just wouldn't charge. Switched holders to see if that would help, but no luck. The black probe worked fine though. It's disappointing because I had high hopes for this product. Bought it off Amazon and now I’m out money and time since I have to return it. Why are they selling defective items? Feels like a letdown after all the positive feedback I saw.

    Last week, I tried placing

    Last week, I tried placing an order on the ThermoPro website, but it just wouldn't go through. I called their customer service, but they were closed. Their AI support was no help at all. Four days later, I tried again, and the order still wouldn't process. Called support again, and they said the site wasn't working. When I asked why the site isn't disabled if it can't process orders, they were really rude. All in all, my experience was terrible. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ThermoPro.

    I ordered a package and

    I ordered a package and it got delivered to my billing address instead of the shipping address. The billing address doesn't accept packages, so it got sent back. I reached out to the company and got an auto-response saying no one was in the office, probably because of Thanksgiving. Then I saw a response to my review but still no direct reply to my issue. It feels like their customer service has some kinks to iron out. Just hoping to get my package soon without all this back and forth.
