I appreciate how you kept me informed about my package with the tracking updates. I got notified a day ahead of time about the delivery, which helped me make sure I was home to receive it. In the past, I didn’t get that notice and the package arrived earlier than expected. I wasn't at home and it got lost. But when I reached out to you, your company was very understanding and quickly sent me replacements. Thanks a lot for your help with that.

Brambleberry's scent oils are great! They have a nice aroma and make me think of high-quality candles. My nose is quite sensitive, but Brambleberry didn't bother me or cause any discomfort. I can't wait to create candles and soaps with my daughter-in-law to sell in my shop. I'm already preparing a new order to explore more scents. I bought the sample size bottles—10 for $20—which is a smart way to experience different fragrances.

I reached out with a question regarding the trial sized items, and I received a quick and useful response. My order with those trial sized bottles arrived nicely packed. I'm looking forward to finding time to test them out (making some candles), and I'm sure I'll be coming back to work with Bramble Berry again. Their customer service and products have been good so far.

The metal spray bottles I received were damaged!
The metal spray bottles I received were damaged! 7 out of 10 bottles were DENTED BADLY, and the thin brown paper bag they came in was almost torn apart. This was clearly because the 5 - 1lb chunks of olive oil soap base were placed on TOP of the box, instead of the BOTTOM where they should have been😳. With the rough handling during UPS shipment from Washington to Indiana, the soap chunks just crashed into the thin metal spray bottles. Can you let your warehouse team know that heavy items should be packed at the bottom of boxes in the future? So, 3 bottles are usable, but 7 bottles are completely ruined and can’t be used as gifts. Maybe a refund for the metal bottles? Thanks
