    This company seems quite deceptive. They promote themselves on Instagram, offering a report for 1 EUR, but once you've made that initial purchase, you find yourself roped into a 39 EUR monthly subscription. The subscription details are sneakily tucked away at the bottom of an email sent a few days before they charge you. Their official address is in Cyprus, adding to the dubious nature. Navigating to the cancellation page on their site isn't straightforward, and even when you attempt to cancel, there's no confirmation email, much like the absence of a purchase confirmation initially. It's disappointing that Facebook allows such companies to advertise. To avoid further billings, my credit card provider suggests canceling the card and getting a new one.

    STAY AWAY FROM NEBULA

    I went for the FREE Birth Chart thinking it realy was free, but when it arrived they asked for a donation – gave 4 options – so I picked the lowest, £1, to say thanks. Then out of nowhere, they took £34.51 from my bank without me knowing. Now I keep trying to get it back. Seems that by giving £1, I was put on a FREE trial and monthly plan – I never agreed to that or saw any info about it. They keep sending emails daily asking me to shut the case, but never say anything about giving me my money back. I’ve been told all sorts of reasons but still no refund.

    The subscription services are pretty poor. I signed up for a 14-day trial and cancelled my account after 7 days, but still got charged a month later. I asked for a refund, and after much back-and-forth for about an hour and a half, I did get my money back. However, they kept saying I wasn't actually entitled to a refund, which was confusing! It felt dishonest, and I would recommend being cautious when dealing with this company.

    I had a membership with them last spring. I went through all the steps to cancel, but I was still charged. They did give me back my money after I made a big fuss. This past month, they took out $45 again, which put my bank acct in the negative. They also hit me with a $10 fee for courtesy pay. So my bank covered the $45. I have no clue why they still had my info when they shouldn't have. I reached out to them, and they denied any charges. Then they claimed the charge was denied. After that, they said they couldn't find my account. I provided all the proof, but they just keep sending the same email asking for the same info again. I told them to stop wasting my time and just give me back my money, plus the courtesy fee, which totals $55. They just keep playing this game of asking for more info. Now I’m going to report them to the FTC. GOOD LUCK!! They should have just given me my money back! Your response is a lie. I've answered every email. I get the same email back asking for the same details again. I didn't start anything. This is the 2nd time Nebula has acted innocent, and that is so far from the truth. Everyone knows it. This is a scam site...stay away from it unless you want your bank acct drained, and they'll say it wasn't them and that you contacted them. Why would I do that?
