The entire buying and delivery process was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, a few items didn’t fit right, but I appreciate how they offer you more if you choose a gift card. This is helpful when you're planning to buy more items from them. Returning items was simple through their website, and since I don’t own a printer, it was great that I could print the label at the post office.

Item never sent - starting to dout if this is even a real store. They told me the item was avilable and would go out in 3-5 days, but it’s been 7 and still no update. Now I’m nervous they’ve got my card info since this whole thing feels kind of fake.

Delivery was fairly fast – good variety of dresses. Most of mine were good quality but I had to send back a few because the stitching was bad, so the dresses didn’t fit well. The video of the clothes is helpful because you see better what they really look like. The sizing is pretty normal and correct. Returning items is simple, especially with post office pickup – just schedule a time and leave the parcel outside your door the next day. The £6.95 return postage fee is a bit high, but you can choose a gift card instead and skip the postage cost.

I really like the style of the clothes, but this time I had to return 3 of them since they didn’t fit me well. In my rush to send them back, I accidentally selected a voucher instead of a refund. I couldn’t change it after that, so now I’m stuck with a £100 voucher. It was a pretty expensive mistake, so just be careful, everyone!

I bought 3 dresses for a wedding, sent back all 3 items following their refund rules, and I’m still waiting almost a month later for my money. Now they say I picked a refund to a gift card instead of my original payment, but I never did that. I’ve sent 13 emails complaining and still no refund or gift card. They owe me £152 and all I get is “our decision is final.” Today I told them again, no refund or gift card yet. I even mentioned getting legal help and they just ignore me. All this is happening during a family bereavement. Their customer service is the worst. They should be ashamed for tricking their customers. Please don’t buy from me.

What a rip off, returns cost £6.95 just to try and make you keep the item or offer free exchanges! I like the style of some of the clothes, but sadly the dress didn’t look right on me and I had to pay the return fee. Won’t be buying from them again. Best of luck

Dress quality is fine but runs really small.

Like many others have said, the problem is the high return fee if you want a refund. They take £6.95 from your refund unless you choose store credit. I wish I had checked the reviews first, I wouldn’t have bought it. Definitely won’t shop here again.

I bought two dresses in different sizes but both were not right so I sent them back quickly. I got an email from the company saying they got my return and would give me a refund. A few days later, they emailed me that they put £103 on a gift card. I DID NOT ask for this. After many emails telling them it was wrong and I never wanted this, they refused to cancel the gift card and give me my money back the way I paid. Their last reply was "the matter is closed". This is a scam. DO NOT waste your money with this company.

Still waiting on my order that I paid extra for next day delivery. I need it for a wedding this weekend and the customer service is terrible. If it doesn’t arrive today, I’m sending it back so I can order somewhere else that delivers on time. Also, what’s the £1.99 protection fee about? Honestly, I should have checked reviews first because I definitely won’t be buying from this shady company again. Everyone, don’t waste your money—they only want to take your cash, not help you.

Terrible company, won't give money back and just hand out vouchers saying you choosed that, but you didn’t. They also ignore learning needs and don’t follow CCR policy. Stay away if you can.
