I’ve bought many items from Ann Taylor because their petite sizes are hard to beat. The sizing can be a bit inconsistent, but the overall quality of the clothes is pretty good. There were a few pieces that didn’t seem great, but I probably should have checked the fabric details more closely before buying. My main issue is with their shipping. I live in an apartment, and they never include the apartment number on the package, even though it's clearly listed in my order address. I’ve raised this issue before, but nothing has been done, and my orders keep getting delayed by UPS due to address problems.

To make a purchase, I'm forced to use the "CHAT" feature, which isn't the most convenient option. Unfortunately, I can't take advantage of Ann Taylor's site offers, even the automatic ones, as the checkout process only charges the retail price. Ann Taylor acknowledges the issue, but it remains uncertain if they are actively working to resolve it. Given that the nearest store is a two-hour drive away, the online experience should be more seamless. In comparison, other women's clothing stores like Jjill and Chicos offer a superior online service. A plea to Ann Taylor to enhance their website for a smoother shopping experience. Thank you.

I'm reconsidering my loyalty to this company. Placed an order, received everything except two items. Concerns about potential sell-out were dismissed by customer service, but now, after three weeks, one item is sold out in my size. Despite multiple chats, no resolution or contact. The items, intended for holiday events, now miss the mark. The email reminders about a sale feature items I ordered weeks ago but haven't received. Disappointed. Doubtful about continuing to shop at Ann Taylor after this experience. Timely processing and better customer service needed.

The lack of responsiveness and efficiency in resolving issues reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would caution others against purchasing from Ann Taylor.

Horrible encounter! Ordered items never reached, and their customer service, particularly Ann, was utterly unhelpful – she even hung up. Address mishap, and later, they claimed ordered items were out of stock. Still waiting for a refund or replacement. Won't risk purchasing online or in-store from them again.

Bought two tops for a trip. Got an email saying it was sent, but it wasn't. Checked the tracking, never shipped. Called three times, they kept lying about it being sent. UPS confirmed it never shipped. Online check showed they sold out, but they still claimed it shipped when it didn't.
