AllPoints Foodservice and our company have a relationship for over 20 years. They moved out of the Las Vegas market a few years ago, but with special shipping prices, fast service, easy to use website, and great prices, our relationship is still terrific. I think this company's prices are really good.
I think this company's prices are really good. The maverick parts, in particular, are much cheaper but still just as good. They should definitely keep doing what they're doing!

I have usually received good service from Allpoints
I have usually received good service from Allpoints since the times of ICS in Connecticut, but recently I ordered a faucet and 2 water valves. I received the valves, but the issue was that I got a hose assembly instead of the faucet. I called to request the faucet and a return label for the hose assembly, but nothing was done. I called again today, and I still have not received the faucet for the customer or the return label for sending back the more costly hose assembely.

Allpoints has provided good service
Allpoints has provided good service since the days of ICS. Last week, I ordered a faucet and 2 water valves. I received the valves, but instead of the faucet, I got a hose assembly. I contacted them for the faucet and return label, but no response. I called again today, still no faucet or return label.
