Our experience with this company
Our experience with this company in Wisconsin was positive, but unfortunately, our encounter with them in Kentucky was quite the opposite. We purchased six windows in Kentucky, with the first and second payments made in October and November. However, on December 1st, we faced a significant issue when the salesman unauthorizedly processed the third payment, resulting in an overcharge of nearly $1000.
Upon realizing the overcharge, we promptly contacted the office a week later. To our dismay, there was no record of the unauthorized payment, and the manager sent us an email stating a payment due of a few hundred dollars. This situation raised concerns as it implied that, had we not noticed the overcharge on our credit card, we would have been subjected to additional charges.
As of December 14, we are still awaiting the refund for the overcharge, adding to our disappointment with the overall experience. The pricing of the windows also left us questioning their value for money. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have decided not to engage in any future business with this company in Kentucky.
