Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a size 36 dress; and 34 got delivered. Upon messaging the staff for a refund it would take 5+ days to get a reply. They do not value customer care.

I had a great experience working with Albina Dyla. I needed a reception dress for my wedding and reached out with some questions. They responded quickly and asked for my order number to make sure everything was processed fast. When the dress arrived, it was well packaged. It looked just like the online photo and was even nicer in person. The detailing on the dress was impressive and seemed like hand beading. The size was spot on and fit perfectly with my measurements. I would definitely shop with Albina Dyla again. Their careful attention to detail and prompt customer service made me really happy with the dress! The shoes I got were just what I wanted—lightweight, cushioned, and supportive for my heels. You can only get them on their official website!

Only a few small changes were needed. They listened carefully to all my requests and finished everything on time—actually, even earlier! Their punctuality and profesionalism were really great. I ordered a dress that was a bit loose around the waist, and the Albina Dyla team really worked hard to give me a great experience! I visited their NYC showroom, and the friendly staff spent a long time helping me try on several dresses to find the right fit. Finally, I chose to keep the first dress, and they altered it by hand right then and there to fit me perfectly! I am very happy with how everything went and I’m excited to wear my lovely dress at my wedding reception soon.

As a Black American Mom preparing for Prom, I was cautious about ordering from Albinadyla. Since it was shipping from overseas, I felt a bit nervous. There was a fee upon delivery (it could have been clearer during the order), but their customer support was responsive and kept me informed throughout. The Dress itself was well crafted. The decorations, beads, and feathers were of better quality than expected. The sewing was flawless, perfectly aligning all the seams.

The group is very helpfull and they really care about serving the client in the best way. The delivery came in under a week, even with the delays at the customers and taxes. The jumpsuit is fantastic, nicer than the images and clips I looked at. I can’t wait to wear it for my wedding on New Year's Eve. Now, I'm more eager to wear the jumpsuit than my wedding gown. I hope to have more occasions because I will definitely order my outfits from Albina.

I just wanna say this was one of the nicest times I had with a website online. The support team is really nice and big thanks goes to Elisa from Albina Dyla’s crew. She kept in touch, was sweet, and realy helped me while I looked for my prom dress. She made it all easier, and I’m glad she cared so much about the people she helps. So yeah, if you’re thinking about buying from a site with good support & solid comunication, this one’s a good pick. ;)

I’m really glad with the dress I got! It matches the pictures pretty well, except the corset came with a lace-up design that wasn’t in the pics. But that didn’t bother me. The team was great with comunication – they always replied fast and were helpful any time I asked something or needed support. They gave me all the info I needed, and I’m grateful for that.
