I have rented cars for more than 40 years for both business and leisure. The team at Alaskan Car Rental gave us a great and very clean vehicle that was in great condition. They offered excellent service when we arrived and also when we returned the car. Their prices are much better than those of larger rental companies, along with superior customer service. This has been the most enjoyable car rental experience my wife and I have had. We strongly suggest them over any other rental company and will definitely choose them again when we are in Anchorage.

Renting a car with Alaskan Car Rental was a very good experience. I arrived in Anchorage from another city at 2:30 am, and it’s not easy to find car rental services open at that time. But ACR was ready to help. They made sure I could pick up the car and sent clear directions on where to go. Everything went smoothly! The representative was really friendly and helped with issues outside of the rental as well, which I truly appreciated. I recommend Alaskan Car Rental to anyone coming to the Last Frontier. I will defintely use their service again.

Great professionalism from booking to vehicle return. Very nice reception. Fast response via email or WhatsApp. Car was nice, clean, and drove smoothly. Fair value for the base rate. Though, the extra insurance felt a bit pricy, especially when I already have coverage through my credit card. Next time, I'll be sure to show that I'm covered. Highly suggest using this rental company!

We had a generally good experience with Alaskan Car Rental. The only issue we faced was the rule that the person paying had to also be the driver. Extra drivers cost $12 per day. They were flexible and helped us sort it out. When we returned the car, an employee greeted us quickly, and the return process was smooth. It would have been useful to know about the driver rule earlier. Maybe I missed it when I was booking.
