The response time for inquiries is much too slow. When I have a question about my medication, I expect an answer from a doctor, not to be told to book an appointment or wait for days while the pharmacy is contacted. This level of service is quite basic. I would not suggest anyone use this service.

What a joke

I placed an order a week ago. Filled out all the information, added my ID card, took a selfie and provided my credit card. Four days go by no response, i email, no reply. I then call the following day and finally got someone on the phone, they say oh I have no idea why this has not been reviewed and will have it expedited asap. 48 hours later, nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME!

Stay away

After going through length questions having to provide refit card info and a picture of myself and my drivers license they are still busting my chops now they want labs for 95.00. Total bs I did not want to give them all that I always fear for a security breach now they have all my info and I have nothing
