This company solde me a FAKE hair wig, advertising it as a real hair lace front wig. The wig I recieved was NOT real hair and NOT constructed with a lace front. The wig I recieved looked nothing like the one I ordered. I chose to order from them because of their refund policy and because of their claim of real hair wigs. They do not comply with their own return policy (which promises a full refund within 15 days, for any reason). After a month of back and forth emails they just went silent. FRAUDULENT!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The wig I received was a complete disappointment – clearly not real hair, shoddily crafted with noticeable 'glue' lines for a parting. The color was a far cry from what was advertised, and the supposedly 'petite' size turned out to be too large. Shockingly, they refuse returns or refunds, a clear violation of UK consumer rights. It's appalling how they exploit vulnerable customers facing hair loss and chemotherapy. Regrettably, I'm forced to give them a minimum 1 star; they truly deserve none.

The wig I got was a blatant counterfeit, lacking both genuine hair and a lace front. Despite their advertised refund policy, they failed to honor it after a month of unproductive email exchanges. Their deceptive practices scream fraudulence. My advice: Steer clear to avoid being duped.

Their terms said a refund was possible if I cancelled within 24 hours. They offered various discounts and even a free wig, but no full refund. Still unresolved and £150 lost. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH HOWIGS!!

They're based in China, sending fake synthetic hair despite their promises. Stay away from this fraudulent business – it's a disappointment waiting to happen.
