My spouse n I visited with an old

My spouse n I visited with an old perfume no longer sold. Crystal was super friendly n helpful trying to find one similar. We tried almost 40 different perfumes as she explained each. She was very smart n patient. You don’t see this kindness n help much anymore. I highly suggest this shop to anyone!!! Thanks again for making our weekend better cuz of people like you!

I had a great time shopping while I was away on vacation. The manager and sales staff were friendly, helpful, and made spending my money enjoyable. I’ll definitely return to buy more fragrances next time I’m in ATL. Thanks Fragrance Outlet!

The customer service was awesome! Jessica was really helpful. She helped me pick out several scents I liked for different occasions. I'm grateful for her patience when I had trouble deciding.

The store manager is really good with perfumes and took a lot of time to help me choose ones I like. I enjoy using them. No one ever did that with me before. It was worth the time and money.

The chap who assisted us was real nice & pro. He let us try lotsa scents 'til we settled on one. Then he mentioned some deals, so 3 outta 4 of us got a scent!

My experience with Fragrance Outlet has been average. While the variety of product choices wasn't overwhelming, it was sufficient to meet my needs. The prices were reasonable, and everything I purchased was quite affordable. I was pleased that all the products were original and of high quality. The customer service response, although taking some time, was helpful. Overall, my interactions with the shop were average.

When I returned to the resort, I discovered that the bottle I bought had the wrong lid, and it wouldn't even stay on properly. It's quite disappointing to encounter such issues after the purchase.

The staff was pleasant, particularly the female employee. Inquiring about the return policy, I learned that if my husband uses a product, it's considered unsellable. I wasn't aware the company resold previously used items, which is disheartening.

I waited around for 10 minutes without anyone noticing me. Other customers who came in after me got help first, and staff just ignored me, even when I was right there. It took my fiance speaking up for me to finally get some attention. But hey, at least I found the cologne I was looking for, so it wasn't a total letdown.

During our visit to CastleRock Outlets, my daughter and I received a courteous welcome. However, our experience with the gentleman assisting us in the perfume section, possibly Anthony or Austin, took a negative turn. Despite our repeated refusals, he persistently promoted specific perfumes, embellishing them with unrelated "facts" and stories. This pushy behavior left us dissatisfied. Fortunately, the intervention of a helpful manager, a delightful lady, salvaged our experience. It's regrettable that the male staff member's overbearing sales approach overshadowed an otherwise pleasant shopping trip.
