My initial experience wasn't great
My initial experience wasn't great. I paid extra for fast shipping but didn't get my package on time. Also, I couldn't access my account online, which made me worry about fraud. I tried calling and emailing twice, but got no response. Dealing with these issues wasted a lot of my time. The shipping label was made four days after I ordered, and it didn't show as shipped for several days. Then, suddenly, I got an email saying my shipping cost was refunded, with an apology for the delay. Later that day, the package arrived. It was the best bundle I've gotten so far—exactly as described, with new and recent makeup. It was packed nicely and thoughtfully. I'll definitely order from them again!
