I had the pleasure of working with Iraina McCoy at Freeway Insurance. She was just fantastic! Super friendly and always ready to help. I was pretty happy with the quote she found for me, really felt like she was looking out for my best interests. If you’re thinking about getting insurance, I’d definitely say go with Freeway Insurance, especially if you get to work with someone like Iraina. She makes the whole process so much easier and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I've been with Acceptance for nearly three years now, and it's been smooth sailing. Never had any issues. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Recently, an agent really stood out—Abel from the Grand Prairie location. He took the time to explain all my options in detail, making sure I understood everything. I just got a new car and needed to update my insurance info. Spoke with Iraina McCoy at Acceptance Insurance, and she was super helpful. I recently visited the insurance office and had a chat with Joshua. He was super polite and actually took the time to listen to me. It's great to be able to see and talk face-to-face with someone when dealing with something as tricky as auto insurance. It’s a bit confusing with all the details and differences between companies, even though it's something we all need. Joshua made the whole process easier, though I wish he had given more details on some things. Overall, I felt well taken care of, and it's nice to have someone like Joshua who provides good service.

In late August, I signed

In late August, I signed up for six months of insurance with Acceptance, starting September 11. By September 20, I decided to cancel and called them. They assured me the policy was canceled and wouldn't send email confirmation. Fine, I thought, it’s done. Fast forward to October 28, amidst my hectic move, I called to double-check. Guess what? They never processed the cancellation! They admitted there was a record of my September 20 call but blamed an agent's error. They only canceled it from October 28 and refused to refund from the original date. I even tried disputing the charge with my credit card company, but without an email trail, it was a nightmare. In the end, I got a refund starting October 28, but I still paid for over a month of unnecessary coverage. This was all because of their mistake and lack of accountability. Avoid this company!

Dealing with this insurance company

Dealing with this insurance company is a nightmare. It's noon and yet again, no one is picking up the phone. This is the fifth time I've tried calling during their business hours and all I get is that irritating hold music for 15 minutes straight. Honestly, I’m already looking for a different insurance company as I write this. I can't even begin to imagine the chaos if I actually needed urgent help. This has been my experience multiple times now—I'm paying for a service that I can't even reach. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and frustrated.
