I ordered 2 products, but they never arrived.

I ordered 2 products, but they never arrived. I reached out to customer service and they promised to look into it. When I called again, they had no record of my previous call and the items were out of stock. The agent said there was nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. I was pleased to rediscover Abercrombie after a long time, but now I’ll be looking elsewhere.

The incompetence of the customer service team

The incompetence of the customer service team is the main reason I won’t be spending any more money on this brand. The sizes are all over the place. Returning items has become such a problem lately. There are errors everywhere on the website. I had a UPS courier pick up my package, and he said the label provided by the company was wrong. The customer service team is out of touch, they don’t know what’s going on, I provide them with details and they still don’t get it. I was misled when they said they would offer a price match if I bought the same item again, and I had to follow up for over a week. Now they promised to refund the shipping I paid to return the item, but nothing has happened. It’s the worst brand I’ve dealt with. You have to explain everything, and even then they still won’t understand.

Abercrombie charged me 400 USD too much, and when I pointed this out, the customer service agent was quite sympathetic. However, even though they admitted it was their fault, they couldn’t issue a refund because it was beyond their rules, and there was no higher authority to appeal to. Avoid them, as you won’t get any assistance if things go awry; customer service is helpless in these situations.

I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 3 weeks now, and I never even received anything. I canceled my order before it even shipped. I’ve sent them multiple emails, but nothing has been done yet.

You won't believe what happened. I stumbled upon this item on Google, and it was only available from this company. I admit, the bad reviews had me second-guessing myself for a bit. But, what the heck, I decided to take the plunge and placed my order late Saturday night. Fast forward to today, and guess what? My package arrived with Royal Mail! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. It's perfect, just what I wanted. All those worries about it not showing up vanished in an instant. I’m really thrilled that it actually came through! Big thanks to the company for getting it right.

Man, you won't believe what just happened. Ordered some clothes from A&F, right? Thinking it would be smooth sailing. But no, they use OnTrac for delivery, and let me tell you, it's a total nightmare. I swear these guys are running some kind of scam. My package never showed up, and when I tried to get some answers, I couldn't tell if I was talking to real people or bots. It's like they don't even care. So I hit up A&F customer service, hoping they’d have my back. Big mistake. They were totally useless. All they could say was, "Wait for OnTrac to return the package to us for a refund." Yeah, like that’s gonna happen. Hundreds of dollars just vanished into thin air. And the worst part? A&F didn’t even seem to care. It’s like they’re in cahoots with OnTrac or something. No one’s taking responsibility. I’m out a ton of money and have nothing to show for it. If you're thinking about buying from A&F, just don't do it until they dump OnTrac. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.
