I bought a product from Software Discount USA but soon realized I didn't actually need it. The mistake was entirely mine. I reached out to the company a few hours after buying it and asked for a refund. “Oliver,” the customer service rep, handled my request. He just asked why I wasn’t satisfied with the product, and I explained. That was all it took! Big thanks to Oliver for quickly fixing the issue and being so patient with me!
