After I finally got in touch with LJ, his calm attitude
After I finally got in touch with LJ, his calm attitude and excellent customer service made me confident that he could handle my problems. He really knew his stuff and was able to sort out a few issues fast. LJ is definitely a valuable part of the Daisy team, and he should either get a raise or be the example for others to learn from.
