I asked for a refund, and they gave it back in a day. So I don't agree with the negative reviews. Even though I can't use their service, I would suggest others give them a try.

Their confusing rules made it impossible for me to do business with another LLC just because our names sounded somewhat alike. Despite explaining that I work as an independent contractor, their team couldn't seem to understand this basic concept. To make matters worse, they boldly told me that my account would be frozen for a painful 60 days, even though my payroll was perfectly handled by ADP. It's high time ADP reconsiders its partnerships because this company seems completely lost in its operations, and their customer service is a total disaster.
