I used the Zala clip-in extensions for my wedding to achieve a Hollywood wave with extra volume. I’m really happy with them! They worked great and I’ll definitely use them again. You can't tell where my natural hair ends and the extensions begin, and they curled nicely without causing any damage.

Really like my Zala clip in hair extensions. They feel really good, thick, and look real. I've had mine for over 7 years and they've lasted well- still use them now. Only small problem is with my recent order- got some random black hairs in them (which I've seen in other reviews too) and the chestnut brown has a 'gren' tone. This might be a dealbreaker for some. I don't mind but it makes me think about other brands because of these two reasons. Would also like to see a shade between rich mocha brown & chestnut brown please.

Definitely recommend getting their extensions! They really boost your confidence. The customer service was great - got my hair matched on Monday and got the hair by Tuesday! The color matches perfectly and the quality is way better than other brands! I'll definitely come back for more.

Zala's recent decision to replace same-day delivery and express post with Aftership has left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite my initial assumption that they would use a reliable courier like Australia Post, my first order mysteriously vanished. Zala, in response, sent a replacement, expressing confidence it would arrive, but to no avail. It took an additional request from me to use Australia Post for the third attempt, and only then did my package arrive on Monday. Zala's persistent defense of these couriers, coupled with numerous similar complaints, has led me to conclude that I won't be dealing with them again.

They seem uninterested in addressing issues once they've received payment. Changing their name doesn't erase their fraudulent practices.
