This seems to work okay. I'm not as hungry, and it's easier to ignore tasty food. I wish I lost more weight but lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. It is big and needs to be taken 3 times daily. I'll try one that can be taken only once or twice daily next time. With my busy schedule, I don't always remember to take it 3 times, usually I end up taking it 2x daily. The 1st few days, I got a headache and taking it with coffee and drinking more water right after worked. Nope, no more headache even without coffee. One thing is that I got 2 review requests before I received the product so I waited till I received and used for a couple weeks before writing this review now. Good idea to wait before sending this request.

My delivery was very quick. I was pleased it arrived so soon. However, I was puzzled when I received it, as I had ordered 6 bottles but got only 2. After checking, I saw that each bottle I received contained the vitamins of 3 bottles. It would be clearer if the large bottles were shown on the site rather than showing the small ones and sending one large bottle for every three small ones ordered.
