I placed an order for some hair for a client and mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address. I contacted YWigs through all their channels, and they got back to me quickly on every platform and fixed the mistake without any hassle! I highly suggest them; their customer service is great and their hair is top quality! Thanks once more. One area for improvement is that a few videos have sound issues, making it hard to hear properly. Also, the quizzes are in English, which makes them a bit tougher for me to understand. An online translator helps with this. It’s clear that a lot of effort went into this, and every video has been translated into German.

I really like these Crochet Boho Box Braids with Human Hair Curls! The hair feels soft, easy to manage, and doesn't get tangled, which is a big plus. Alright Ywigs!!!

Alright Ywigs!!! I was a bit worried at first, but I ordered and was happy with the result. The delivery was really fast. The hair feels nice, no strong odors, and the length is just right. I chose the three bundle pack (16-18-20 inch). I have some extra left in case I want to fix it up(great). I plan to order from this shop in the future. Note* This hair is quite heavy when dry. Very light weight too.

I got 4 bundles of the Spanish Curl in 22”. I have a smedium, knotless, boho braids install and the hair is beautiful. I have 2 full bundles left that I will use for my next set. The curl pattern is just what I was looking for; the ends of the curls have a nice, natural spiral. If you want a really curly look versus something wavy, I highly reccomend the Spanish Curl.

Luckily, returning them was very simple—they even paid for part of the return shipping, up to $15. Great customer support! I’d definitely suggest this store anytime.

I tried this brand's hair extensions after watching a YouTube video about them, and I must say, it's some pretty nice hair. It feels amazing, and the best part is, it doesn't turn into a tangled mess! The quality is top-notch, and honestly, I'm head over heels for it.

So I gotta say, I really like these clipp-ins once you get the hang of putting them on evenly and flat. You'll love the versatility. My hair sheds a lot, but with these clippings, I barely see any shedding, maybe just a little. The texture is just like mine, which I was worried about. And for beginners, go for it! These are my first set of clippings. I don't wear wigs or weaves, so with these, you can experience and experiment in your own way, trying different styles to see if they work for you, instead of paying a whole lot of money to get something installed and not liking it or whatever the case may be.

My hair feels great and soft. I tried emailing to see if I could switch it to a bit curlier style, but I didn't get a reply. They might want to make it easier to reach customer service, like by adding a phone number for direct calls. Still, I got plenty of compliments on my hair.

This wig was really nice and easy to put on. I'd give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the cap was too big. Having different cap sizes would make it perfect. My head is small, so a smaller cap option would be good.

My first purchase was in April, with installation about a week later. I got 18in piano mix 4/27/30deep wave boho. Straight out of the pack, the hair looked nice and soft. I know a lot about human hair and always take good care of it. I usually wear my hair for 6-8 weeks. When wet, the curls looked very nice. After about a month, the hair started to shed, which I figured would happen. But after a few weeks more, the hair got tangled, dry, frizzy, and the curls disappeared. I kept the same care routine—water with conditioner, light oil on hair, scalp oiled, braided at night with a silk bonnet. I didn’t expect the tangling and matting; it was almost like using synthetic hair, but this was the last 4 weeks of wear. I’m not ready to give up yet and will buy again to give it a fair shot. 5 stars for color, but overall the quality was about a 3. For the price, I wanted better quality. I wonder, if people follow your care tips and the hair still gets bad, what’s your answer? I read many reviews with the same problems. You reply with care instructions but then say to curl after 3-4 days. If it’s human hair and supposed to be wavy, it should stay that way, especially when wet and with product. Yes, colored hair is drier, so some shedding and frizz is expected. Curly hair needs more care, but from all my time wearing human hair, this is the worst quality I’ve had. It’s not because I don’t care for it, it’s just the hair quality. My stylist, who uses your product often, recommended it, but I don’t see the hype. I said I’d try again, but I’m not sure I will buy again. I still have some left but not sure if I will use it.

I bought Pre-looped Crochet Boho Locs with Human Hair Curls roughly a week ago. Had them put in by my stylist. Ever since, I've been dealing with significant shedding and tangling. Not happy with it! I relied on reviews and YouTube vids for my decision, but it's been a letdown. Overall, really disappointed with the product.

Got three 20in water wave bundles for my boho braids, and wow, what a game changer! The package arrived in just four days, super quick. The hair was incredibly soft, and no weird smells before I washed it. It held up well even after several washes. Told my hairstylist about it, and she was impressed too. Got these wet and wavy

Got these wet and wavy bundles for my knotless braids and I gotta say, the texture is pretty awesome. The hair looks amazing, but there was this super strong chemical smell when I first opened the package. Washed them three times and every time, this brown stuff came out. Even after all that, the smell didn't completely go away. It's a bit better now after a week, but whenever the hair gets wet, the smell's still there. The hair itself is really nice, but that lingering odor is a dealbreaker for me. Probably won't buy from this brand again.
