I've bought a few items from Bondi Boost (mostly hair care stuff) and I've noticed a real change in my hair. They offer a lot of options, but their 'bundle deals' are smart. Made for different hair needs. Prices are fair and their ads are straightforward, so you don't feel pressured to buy things you don’t actually need. This company genuinely listens and responds to your questions. Along with great hair products, they treat every customer like a friend. Really great.

Even with the time difference between UK and Australia, I received quick responses to my questions with the support I required. The HG range is great! After losing hair from medication, it has helped a lot with regrowth. It is a bit expensive, but I think it’s worth the cost. I’m totally converted and plan to return! Thank you.

I've never been so amazd by

I've never been so amazd by hair products. I have spent a lot of money on high end shampoos, conditioners, masks such as Redken, Joico, Olaplex you name it. This is by far the best. My hair is dry and nothing worked. This has made my hair soft and shiny. I will be a reglar. So happy I found this.

I've had a hard time with thin and very dry hair. But after 4 weeks using BondiBoost, my hair is now healthyer. It's thicker, easy to manage, and I no longer need a straightner or other hair products 😉 It's really worth it...

I was amazed at how easy it was to style my hair. Even on a hot day, I didn't get sweaty like I usually do with my super duper dryer. My hair looked great, just like after a salon visit.

I placed an order a fortnight

I placed an order a fortnight ago, and it's yet to show up. Although customer service was courteous and supportive, the unanticipated delay is disappointing. The tracking info remains stagnant, and I required the item for a birthday that's come and gone. Here's to a prompt delivery, but the current situation is disheartening.

It has been one month, and the head attachments are all weak and look like they will fall apart. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. I was influenced by all those Tiktok videos and thought I’d made a great choice, but I was TOTALLY DUPED! I found other people having the same issues. For £175, this is REALLY DISAPPOINTING and poorly made. After just one month, it's falling apart, which is upsetting since I was eager to use this product. It isn’t as pricey as Dyson or Shark, but it's still almost £200, and it feels so cheaply made that it barely lasts a month! You can buy one, but be prepared to be let down. This is just terrible.

I purchased 2 bottles of the Procapil

I purchased 2 bottles of the Procapil Scalp Tonic. The initial bottles weren't sprays; the liquid was clear and didn't have any smell, almost like water. I used them up and decided to get two more. The new ones have a noticeable scent, and they come in spray bottles. When applied, it feels like water, but soon my hair gets sticky and gummy, with a wet appearance. It's not suitable for public use. I won't be making another purchase. The product creates a soapy sudsy effect, and I preferred the older version.

Unfortunately, my order hasn't arrived even after more than two weeks. Despite receiving a tracking number, Royal Mail is still awaiting the package. This was supposed to be a 1-3 day delivery, and the extended delay is disappointing. The repeated emails from the company with no resolution add to the frustration. I hope the situation gets resolved promptly.
