I should have paid more attention to the reviews before

I should have paid more attention to the reviews before booking my flight with Wizz Air. My outbound flight was cancelled, and I had to wait for 6 days to leave. This caused me to rebook all other plans as well. No compensation was offered. On the return flight, we were delayed for 3 hours, plus another hour due to time changes. What was supposed to be a direct flight ended up being a layover. The plane was late, and we almost left behind four passengers, two of whom were in wheelchairs. The crew had to be swapped, and the plane was refueled. During landing, there was a bird strike, and one stewardess was not very polite to the passengers. We ended up arriving three hours later than expected and didn’t even get water. Instead of landing at 8:20 pm, we arrived at 12:30 am. I will not fly with Wizz Air again.

I wouldn’t give this company more than one star. It’s been 6 months since they left us stuck at Tirana airport and told us to book a new flight ourselves and they would refund us. Up to now, no refund has been given, even after submitting many forms. If you’re thinking of booking with them, please learn from my mistake. I saw the bad reviews online and still decided to go with them. Big mistake, they completely ruined our trip!!! Even if they’re the last airline standing, I’d rather walk!

I booked a flight with 10kg baggage included, but they charged me £70 because I forgot to check in. This is the worst flight experience I've had, and I will never fly with Wizzair again. They charge way too much for no reason. I won't recommend.

My account balance is gone. I contacted customer service, and they told me it expired. Now you're saying you won't refund the money in my account because of your terms and conditions. It seems like a way to take people's money.
