I have used WCS to ship cars on multiple occasions from both the East and West coast of the U.S. to Australia. Dan (Au rep) and his team made the entire process, from pickup to loading, very easy. They can also arrange vehicle inspections and handle Escrow payments, which I’ve used and been satisfied with. The company does a great job keeping customers informed, and they are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Every vehicle arrived undamaged and on time. It’s a good company to work with.

Awful service!

Awful service! I paid a deposit for a bike, but they sold it to another customer without informing me. It took me over 8 months to get it back, even after I had to threaten legal action! A very disappointing experience!

The company is far from good.

The company is far from good. I've had a bad experience with them, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. They lost important documents, caused damages, and their truck driver forged signatures. The manager didn't offer any support either, leaving me to pay for storage fees due to their mistakes. I’ve been shipping cars for over 10 years, and I’ve never had such an issue before. I won’t use them again!
