Tom Spencer made my first experience with a transport

Tom Spencer made my first experience with a transport company very simple. He picked up the phone every time I called and helped me with any concerns. He guided me through the process and reassured me he would handle things properly, which he did. Polite, professional, and always ready to help, he treated me like a priority. The pricing was better than other quotes I got, which were way too high. On Saturday, November 30th, Leo was my driver. He showed up early for pickup, which I appreciated. He was kind and understood how much my car means to me. Leo also kept in touch during the trip. The car was delivered to my winter home on Tuesday, December 3rd, even earlier than I expected. I’m happy with the service and already plan to use US Carship and Truck, LLC again in March! THANK YOU, TOM!

I had a good experience shipping my vehicle. Tim was professional and made everything run smoothly. He kept in touch often and clearly, which gave me peace of mind that my car was well taken care of. The car arrived on time and in great shape. I would recommend Tim David to anyone looking for a reliable and quick service. The only downside was that the price went up a bit more than I was first told.

HORRIBLE /SCAM

where to start....... this company is a true scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! they give you one price lead you and then come and tell you we cant get the car to you unless you pay more than double the price. then they have the balls to change their voice and try to play me. its all good. i will be reporting them on all fronts possible. and as soon as i can i will upload screenshots of the text messages. then they dont want to refund me my deposit and want me to pay a $100 fee. they keep telling me they will do it for $700 thats not the price quoted. i will take this to the news if i have to. this comapny has messed with the right one. i will keep posting till i get my deposit back and they are shut down. also i had to add a star in order to post this review if i could post with out the star i would have.
