I’ve had other companies before
I’ve had other companies before when I moved to Washington D.C. and they were not great but these guys at Allegiance were amazing. No bad things to say about them. Good company

Very disappointing experience!
Very disappointing experience! I regret choosing them. They didn't meet any of my expectations! I had clear dates set for my move because I had a newborn and was trying to manage packing by myself. But they didn't show up at all and refused to return my 600 deposit. Later, they tried to reschedule for a date that worked for them with only one hour's notice. The agent I originally communicated with vanished, and the new person I spoke to was rude, dismissing my concerns and saying it didn’t matter when I moved. I was paying them to provide a service on my terms, but it felt like I wasn’t even a customer. Avoid this company!
