We had a great experience with Prime Moving

We had a great experience with Prime Moving. The team was really helpful, friendly, and gave us all the details we needed for our long distance move. We are moving to a high rise as well, so they made sure they understood our concerns with the logistics. The movers were awesome, even repacking our mattress that we brought along. Everything arrived safe and sound (nothing was broken or scratched). We will definitely recommend them and appreciate their service.

Wow! What an awesome service at a good price!

Wow! What an awesome service at a good price! The movers on both sides (Hawaii and Massachusetts) were really nice, very professional, and so, SO good at their work. They treated my things as carefully as I would have. There was a small mix-up with an email that I didn't get, but that issue was taken care of fast and in a professional manner. I’ve already told people about Prime Moving and would definitely recommend them again. Great job!

I can't imagine a better company.

I can't imagine a better company. I'm so glad I found Primeline since every mover I used before turned out to be brokers, and my cost always went way up on pick-up day. I don't usualy write reviews, but this time I have to give them the credit they deserve. Thanks, team!

What a letdown!!!!

What a letdown!!!! We agreed on the shipping price, then they sent me to a broker who ignored the deal we made. The customer service was nice, but the result was not great. Wouldn't suggest this to anyone.
