From start to finish the service was good

From start to finish the service was good, every question was answered, very kind and smart customer service, no hassle and they provide reasonable prices. The items were packed up with great attention. Pick up and drop off of the furniture was timely and the team kept us informed all the time. Moving from overseas can be a mess of rules and documents but the Matthew James removal team made the entire process simple. We would surely pick them again and we would surely suggest!

Chris and Rob contacted me early to organize a suitable time to meet at the storage facility for moving my belongings. They arrived almost on time and were very kind right from the beginning. A good service. From start to finish, all the staff were polite, supportive, and kind. They paid close attention to move our items and set them up as we requested. They packed my bike and secured all the needed customs documents to send it to France. Thank you to all the team there.
