I applied for a China visa. While I haven't got it yet, it seems like the online visa application accepted the photo. I'm pretty happy with the experience . . . BUT . . . I noticed a one-star review that said that the company sells your credit card information. That didn't happen to me that I know of, but I did receive two phishing emails within two days of getting my photo. I am suspicious because I got TWO in two days, I have never had this type of email before, and I have not conducted any other transactions that would make me suspicious. Perhaps unfairly I am taking away two stars. If others have similar experiences, they need to write about them in their reviews.

I'm hesitant to share the photos due to security concerns, but I'd readily provide proof to substantiate my claims. This experience proved a waste of both time and money.

However, this information contradicts the official website (photo examples web page) of the USA, which states, "Photo tip: The child's facial expression must be neutral." in the children section under one of the photo examples. This discrepancy can be confusing for applicants, and it suggests a need for clarity in the guidance provided by Visafoto.

I cannot recommend this service

I cannot recommend this service. Despite paying for the service, the photo I received was not accepted by the state department. When I reached out to customer support, they initially claimed it was my fault and suggested sending another photo for correction. However, after that, they stopped responding altogether. I ended up spending money for nothing and feel extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
