    Not all big companies bother much

    Not all big companies bother much about their customers, you know? But VidIQ pleasantly surprised me today. I woke up all eager and pumped to start learning about YouTube and VidIQ. However, things got a bit confusing with subscriptions, and I was feeling pretty down. I almost canceled everything 😞. But then, Edward, the person I spoke to, turned things around and fixed everything, even though I was kinda ranting and maybe a bit rude. Sorry, Edward. But I really appreciate VidIQ for making everyone feel important. Big thanks. Consider subscribing because there's always someone ready to help you out.

The VIDIQ App has significantly boosted my channel's view time by suggesting keywords, and eye-catching titles, and offering a fresh perspective on creating thumbnails.     I contacted VidIQ's support team because I couldn't figure

    I contacted VidIQ's support team because I couldn't figure out how to link the YouTube channel to their app. I found out that it was an issue with YouTube Studio’s permission settings. Unlike Google Brand Accounts, YouTube Studio doesn’t let you choose an account during third-party app logins. Davor was helpful in explaining the issue and suggesting a solution.

    They were really helpful when I was subscribed, but even when I had to cancel after realizing I forgot to cancel the payment because of money problems, I reached out and they were so helpful and cancelled it for me and refunded my money.

    The software is okay but there’s one thing I really dislike about it.

    The software is okay but there’s one thing I really dislike about it. I tried it for the first time and if I had known this, I wouldn't have used it. When searching for keywords, the app shows difficulty scores as low, medium, etc., but then I found out the words are listed with numbers! This makes the whole process more complex because I can't easily tell what is considered low or not. It takes extra time to figure it out and update my sheet. Why make it so complicated? These tools should simplify things, not make them harder. Now I have to go back to the app and write down each word’s difficulty level. What’s the point of this?

    I’ve been using VidIQ for almost a year and a half now.

    I’ve been using VidIQ for almost a year and a half now. I’ve noticed that when they suggest a keyword with a value, it never matches the value that YouTube displays. Also, I’ve seen some mistakes in the statics reports. For example, I uploaded a short video on YouTube 4 hours ago, and it shows 19 views, but VidIQ still shows no views. If I can’t trust their keyword help and the statics are off, why would I continue to use their site? It seems like they need to sort things out. Plus, there's no clear way to contact them about these issues on the extension or their website.
