    This company is good at finding competitive keywords with tools like Kombat, SpuFu. But it's hard for us to get monthly search volume in our niche. Other tools do this better.

    This website is not good.

    This website is not good. It freezes a lot, crashes, and is slow. Doing a simple search can take forever or just not work at all. It's a bad site that hardly ever works right. If you have lots of time to waste waiting for it to do something, then it might be okay for you. But if you don't have lots of time to waste or if you don't like customer service that only works one minute a day, then this is not the company for you.

    The company's website often freezes, crashes, or takes too long to complete basic tasks. It's a terrible site that hardly ever works well. If you have lots of time to spare waiting for it to work, it might be okay. But if you don't have time to waste or want better customer service, this isn't for you.

    Not enough info and is a huge waste of cash for Keyword search. If you don't get a 1-week free trial just avoid this firm. Note: This could be true for UK firms and they might have better data for US companies.

    I needed to get backlink reports in PDF form.

    I needed to get backlink reports in PDF form. I reached out to Spyfu two times about this issue. No fix... Additionally, the tool only provides data from the US; you can't drill down into specific states. Some competitive reports are not accurate. On the plus side, it does offer some helpful keywords.
