The bus driver came on time

The bus driver came on time, services were as described, and everything went pretty well. The website could be more user-friendly, but once you figure it out, the service itself is good!

I was informed that my booking had been

I was informed that my booking had been canceled "due to vehicle problems" THE NIGHT BEFORE THE PICKUP. On top of that, I was not told that the return trip was also canceled. Everything was fine until the cancelation, after which communication was poor and I ended up being blamed. I will not use this company again and will advise anyone considering US Coachways to look for a different choice.
