We just got our ice cream push cart from TurnKey Parlor for our outdoor Florida concession operation. Jenny in sales did a great job helping us pick the right config and kept us in the loop through the manufacturing process. Our cart looks great, and our product is staying cold, even out in the hot Florida summer sun. And we're selling lots of ice cream. Luv it! Thanks!

We got our ice cream push cart from TurnKey Parlor for our outdoor concession in Florida. Jenny in sales was very helpful in choosing the right setup and kept us updated during production. The cart looks nice, and our ice cream stays cool, even in the hot Florida sun. We're selling a lot of ice cream now. Really appreciate it! Thank you!

Buying equipment without seeing it
Buying equipment without seeing it first worried me. But Turnkey promised that their sales process would make me happy. When things didn't go as planned, their customer service was grest and fixed everything quickly and easily. I sugest buying from Turnkey!

I run The Revolution Ice Cream Co. in Tampa Bay, FL. Recently, I sold a big batch freezer through Turnkey Parlor. Dealing with them was smooth and quick. Surprisingly, I got a better deal for my machine than I anticipated. If you're in the market for buying or selling ice cream machinery, I'd suggest checking out Turnkey Parlor.

Turnkey was okay ... except
Turnkey was okay ... except for needing to pay before shipment, which was a bit worrying. The Nelson BDC8 cart is alright as it seems well made and keeps stuff frozen for over 12 hours without power. There were some small problems with how it was made that I had to fix. I got in touch with Nelson Mfg and they were sorry for sending a cart with a grill that wasn't lined up right and holes that were stripped (I fixed them myself). I'll use Turnkey again and might get another Nelson because it's tough and dependable.
