Having done a bunch of looking around, Chef's Deal offered the nicest price. And our customer service person helped us until we got the product on location. Will definitely use them again and spread the word.

After waiting a full 4 weeks for Chef's Deal to ship the range (when they said it would be no more than 1 week), I bought a $15,000 Garland commercial oven from Chef’s Deal, and sadly, the experience was very dissapointing. The range came without the needed electrical cord, making it useless right when it arrived. This caused extra costs, like a $578 charge from a licensed electrician for a fix, plus more labor from contractors who helped with the incomplete setup. We also faced big project delays because of the missing part. Even after contacting them right away and showing the invoice and issue, Chef’s Deal refused to refund us or send the right cord quickly, showing no interest in fixing the problem or accepting responsibility. For such an expensive buy, you’d expect good service and support. Instead, it felt like just a drop-ship sale with zero care after purchase. If you plan to get commercial gear from Chef’s Deal, especially for a costly or urgent project, I’d seriously suggest choosing another place.

My husband and I bought a new True brand commercial freezer from Chef’Deal in Nashville TN after two residential freezers broke down. Delivery was quick due to our urgent situation. The day after it arrived, we heard a crackling noise besides the motor. I called Chef’s Deal and spoke to Lee in customer service. She quickly identified the issue and ordered a small flapper valve for the defrost line, which arrived via UPS the next day. She also provided me with four service company numbers and kept me updated until the problem was fixed. Lee's customer service was EXCELENT and we're very satisfied with how she handled everything.

My business, Evins Mill Resort & Retreat, recently bought a double-stack convection oven from Chef's Deal. The same model was much more costly on other sites. The price was fair, but the service was even better. Ricardo answered all my questions and requests quickly and politely. When there was a small problem with the delivery, Ricardo managed to redirect the shipment to their warehouse and brought it himself within a few days. The delivery team was very careful, calling ahead to check the door width and took apart the unit to get it inside. I strongly recommend Ricardo and his team at Chef's Deal!

First order... Pizza oven. I was told it would arrive in 10 business days... well, after 3 weeks it finally showed up! No one from customer service helped track it for me, I had to call every day and they still didn’t know where it was! Anyway, it arrived. They said this never happens and won’t happen again. Ok... So I gave them another try. Second order... Pizza oven #2 They said it definitely wouldn’t take 3 weeks like before. Now it’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t have the equipment I ordered over a month ago!!! The COO of this place is useless, she doesn’t know where my order is and has no answers! No customer support, no offer or discount, just basically saying tough luck for you right now. Seriously? How do they keep their job! Please save yourself the trouble and avoid them, I’m warning you to not have a bad experience. Hope this helps some of you thinking to buy from them.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company. I had an issue with their recommendation, and despite waiting for a resolution, nothing happened. Now, I'm stuck with a piece of equipment I can't use, and I've lost nearly $1k. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

Chef's Deal shipped me the wrong item, and then demanded that the incorrect item be returned before they would ship the correct item. They promised that this issue had their "full attention," yet I was constantly having to reach out for updates... after nearly two months, I finally got the correct unit. My business suffered greatly and they refuse to provide a 20% refund credit? Absolutely horrible experience - do not take your business here. There are many other vendors/suppliers that will likely provide a much better experience without the hassle.

This company is a complete RIPOFF.

We spent two weeks waiting for a dishwasher and still no reply even though they already took money from our bank. STAY AWAY FOR SURE!
