Walked into the place with high hopes after my boyfriend recommended it, but wow, was I in for a surprise. Elizabeth, the lady who helped me, couldn’t have been more rude. I just wanted some info and options, but she acted like reexplaining things was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Seriously, if you don’t want to help, why even work there? I was considering signing up, and my boyfriend was too, but after this experience? No way. We both decided to take our business elsewhere. It’s not hard to be polite, especially when you're trying to get customers. RUDE.

I got a call from Turbo Debt, and it was weird right off the bat. The employee started asking me all these personal questions that had nothing to do with what they supposedly do. When I said I wasn't comfortable answering, he just hung up on me. It felt super sketchy, like they're just out to scam people. I heard they charge up to 20% to "try" and settle debts, which can mess up your credit even more. Seriously, don't bother with them unless you read every single detail in writing first.
