I talked with a team member this morning named Heidi who was very polite and helpful. I told her I’m a single pensioner living alone and hoped for a good deal on my new contract. She came back with the same price as last year, which made me very happy. She was really easy to chat with, and I truly apreciate her assistance.

Matthew was very polite. He called me the day before but I was busy, so he set up another time to call. Everything was made clear. He explained the process and signing up was easy. I have a date for the engineers to arrive, and my old provider was contacted, so I don’t have to do anything.
