Seeking an explanation, I emailed customer service, and after providing a copy of the email, they mentioned a problem with the order and offered a discount code. Deciding to give it another try, I selected the same polo shirts, used the discount code, and discovered that the items were now more expensive than the original order, even with the discount applied. To add to the frustration, the items were also out of stock. This experience has led me to reconsider my association with this company.

Their "black" t-shirts are a total letdown. These shirts aren't anywhere close to being black; they're more like a charcoal shade, at best. I did a side-by-side comparison with a six-year-old black shirt that had seen hundreds of washes, and that old shirt still looked darker than the one they sent me. And now, they're telling me I need to drop it off somewhere for the return. I ordered online to avoid the hassle of leaving my house, so this doesn't sit right with me. They should really set up a UPS or USPS pickup option so I can leave it on my porch.
