This was a great first experience. I’ve been swing trading for a while and decided to start learning day trading seriously about a month ago. I’ve also spent around 40 hours in AI master classes over the last 2-3 months. My goal was to begin putting together an AI-based trading system, not to fully automate trading (though that would be awesome), but to support my decisions. I’ve been using TradingView for a while, but I was looking for an AI plugin. I subscribed to TradingIdeas Pro, and while I don’t want to say anything bad, I didn’t really get the most out of it. Their customer service could have been better. They didn’t offer one on one support, which is essential with new tech. I ended up just chatting and being sent to video tutorials that were hard to find. Then I found Trendspider! I was searching for systems with good support. I was really surprised when, on a Friday night, after registering, Justin reached out to me by text offering help. He set up a one on one call for the following week. Justin then guided me through the charting system with dynamic prompts that showed usage points on the screen and asked me questions to guide me to different areas. It was a great first experience. As a business person, having this level of support from both Justin and the system during installation made the process so much more enjoyable. I know charting and TradingView’s scanner, but I’m really excited to dive deeper into TrendSpider. First impressions matter, so if you’re looking for help and quick support, TrendSpider is definitely worth checking out.
