It would have been less stressful if they provided some updates during the waiting period.

Amazing job completing the task super fast. But, their communication about appointments was confusing. Maybe it's because everyone's needs and tech skills are different. Some might need in-person help or pictures, others are tech-savvy and can do it all at home, most probably need something in between like a FedEx location.

I'm gonna rate them 4 stars, not 5 coz I was the one callin', no one followin' up. Didn't get any receipt of the money I paid 'n' still don't have any for the charges I paid. Don't know what items I paid for: $249 + $200 + $40 for shippin'.

The personnel could be a) better trained; b) friendlier. I was updating my passport due to a name change (marriage). Unfortunately, I was not informed at the time of intake that the copy of the certificate was not sufficient. Consequently, after paying $600+, I had to spend additional time going back and forth to submit the correct document. While I did receive a call from the head office offering to expedite the processing, I was not in a hurry and would have preferred a discount on the hefty charge. While it's a valuable service, there's room for improvement.

As someone with a decade of experience in dealing with similar teams, I found the paperwork riddled with errors, appointments overlooked, and accountability sorely lacking. What should have been a seamless $400 transaction turned into a harrowing 36-hour ordeal. It's disappointing when a trusted service falters in such a manner, leaving me questioning the reliability of their offshore operations.

My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. During my visa application, they misplaced my passport and refused to reimburse me for fees or a replacement. Despite dropping it off at their location, they insisted I never provided the passport. Their excuse was a lack of scanning, but as a customer, I wasn't responsible for that. The supervisor denied her own statements and hung up on me. I strongly advise against choosing this company for any services.
