However, there seems to be a calibration issue between Pune and Mumbai staff. When applying for visas, I was asked for additional documents in Pune that weren't required in Mumbai, causing confusion.

The company's staff are nice and try to make things better for customers. They respond quickly to emails and calls. But there seems to be a problem between the Pune and Mumbai teams. When I and my relative applied for visas, the Pune staff asked for extra documents that the Mumbai staff didn't need.
